Our Process

Discovery

Every client relationship begins by meeting with the EnviroStar team to discuss your goals and project parameters.

Prototype

EnviroStar will develop an initial recipe and run a prototype on its lab scale dryer. Prototypes (10-15 grams) are provided to clients at no cost.

Evaluation and Adjustments

Based on the results of the prototype, EnviroStar works with clients to address any concerns and determine if recipe changes are needed. Trial runs during this phase of the process also help determine details for equipment design.

Sample Runs

Sample runs allow clients to verify their product performs as desired. Sample run data ensures that the final recipe and equipment design are exactly what clients need.

Product Launch and Volume Production

EnviroStar then helps clients bring their products to market by utilizing contract tolling services or equipment purchases.

Product Testing

EnviroStar knows that product testing is an important step in recipe development to ensure product safety among many other reasons. We are happy to work with you to determine which tests are important at any point of the process. EnviroStar has the capability of performing several common tests in-house or we can coordinate external testing with an accredited lab or university.
